    The villa is a charming, detached house spanning two floors and offering 125 m² of living space. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower.

    At the entrance, a furnished sun terrace with a barbecue provides the perfect space for outdoor dining, while the private swimming pool with a solarium invites relaxation. For added fun, a soccer pitch is located next to the pool, making this property ideal for families or groups of friends.

    Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool and the soccer field. Free parking space is available on-site. Please note that having a car is a must to get around.
